He said that the price of goat meat has been increased by Rs 100 per kg for price adjustment.

“Farmers have started exporting live goats for Rs 550 per kg after getting higher price outside the district,” said Janak Thapa, a meat trader in Birendranagar. The association has stated that the price has been increased by informing the stakeholders and consumer rights activists in the district.
