Quota system for online driving license forms to be removed from Friday

KATHMANDU: The online quota system for filling up driving license forms will be removed from Friday.

The Department of Transport Management (DOTM) is going to remove the quota system and make arrangements as per the need while the complaints of not being able to fill the form are increasing as there is an arrangement to fill the form only for a certain number in a day.

DOTM Spokesperson Loknath Bhushal said that the online form registration was made unlimited after complaints were received regarding the quota system.

Meanwhile, DOTM has stated that the SMS service for information related to the exam has been shut down due to technical reasons.
