Seven cadres of Prachanda-Nepal faction held in Saptari



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested seven cadres of Prachanda-Nepal faction of the ruling Nepal communist Party (NCP) in Saptari district on Thursday.

The arrested are Chhedi Rajak, Binod Yadav, Prem Yadav among others.  They were arrested on the  charge of allegedly disrupting a cadres’ orientation program of the Oli faction.

The Oli-faction organized a motorcycle rally and cadres’ orientation program in Saptari district this morning.

The arrested have been kept at the district headquarters of Saptari, said police.
