Dr Bhattarai emphasizes “radical transformation” of political parties

KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the Federal Council of the Janata Samajwadi Party, Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, has said that the parties should have the courage to make a radical transformation.

Stating that the downfall of political parties and their leadership is the main reason for the country’s crisis, he said that there should be a transformation of Nepali Congress, Communists, and Socialist parties.

Taking to Twitter on Sunday, he has reiterated the need for the political parties to transform themselves.

He has also warned that the political parties will lose their significance if they failed to transform themselves according to the demand of the time and situation.
