UML Chair Oli urges for protection of Constitution

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairperson KP Oli has urged one and all to protect the constitution and move ahead to the direction it has shown for the country’s prosperity.

Giving a message of best wishes on the occasion of Constitution Day today, Chairperson Oli viewed the constitution is not only a document to manage the political system but to internationalize democratic values and system.

“This constitution is the progressive political document which has ensured sovereignty to citizens, rule of law, social justice and fundamental rights, and ended the feudalism,” he said.

He also reminded the UML-led government’s works that implemented federalism and made laws to implement fundamental rights.
