Swiss Ambassador Capeller calls on PM Deuba



KATHMANDU: Ambassador of Switzerland to Nepal Elisabeth Von Capeller paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at his office Monday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On the occasion, PM Deuba thanked the Swiss Government for its support to Nepal, including in the fight against COVID-19, and extended solidarity to Switzerland at this difficult hour, the Ministry said in a tweet.

Ambassador Capeller also extended reassurance of continued Swiss support to Nepal amidst Covid-19 pandemic. Other topics of the discussion touched were constitution, foreign investment and transitional justice, according to the Embassy of Switzerland in Nepal.
