10-yr-old drowns in water-filled ditch



BHAKTAPUR: A minor boy has drowned in a water-filled ditch in Bhaktapur district.

The deceased has been identified as a 10-year-old minor boy of Changunarayan municipality-9, said Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur.

The body of the minor, who went missing since 11 am Friday, was found in the water-filled ditch on the premises of the BM Brick factory.

The minor’s body has been taken to Duwakot-based KMC Hospital for postmortem.

DSP Dipak Giri said they are investigating the case.
