Govt set to administer Moderna vaccine to children above 12 years from Sunday



KATHMANDU: The government is administering Moderna vaccine against COVID-19 to children in 57 districts from Sunday.

The vaccine will be given to people aged 12 to 17 till December 29.

Similarly, the second dose of the vaccine will be given from January 16 to 26, according to the Ministry of Health and Population.

According to government statistics, the number of children aged 12 to 17 is 3,425,408.
