KATHMANDU: The full-court meeting called to pass the procedure to fix hearing schedule has been uncertain after Supreme Court Justices made Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana’s resignation as the bottom-line.

The full-court meeting has been uncertain after some Justices remained adamant in their stance not to join the meeting even though the draft of the procedure has been prepared.

Justices have been staging demonstration demanding Rana’s resignation saying that the judiciary courted controversy after he failed to maintain dignity of the Supreme Court.
