Nepal records 412 new COVID-19 cases, one death in last 24 hours

KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 412 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 363 persons tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 49 tested positive through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry, 102 persons in Kathmandu, 32 in Lalitpur, and 15 in Bhaktapur have been tested positive for COVID-19, making the Kathmandu valley’s fresh coronavirus cases 149 in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry, one more person succumbed to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.

Meanwhile, 202 persons have returned home after a complete health recovery from COVID-19.
