KATHMANDU: Spokesperson of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Nepal faction Narayan Kaji Shrestha has expressed concern over the increase of foreign interference of late.

Commenting on the political instability and the increasing activities of foreign forces, Prachanda-Nepal faction’s spokesperson Shrestha said that foreign forces have busied themselves in plotting for the micromanagement on their behalf when the country is going past the crisis.

“Not only the constitution and democracy have been attacked through various channels, but the foreign intervention in the country is also increasing of late,” former Deputy Prime Minister Shrestha has written on his Facebook and Twitter.

He added that foreign powers are gradually stepping up their intervention, focusing on micro-management and how to fulfill their interests during the political instability.

He has appealed to all patriotic forces to stand against foreign intervention.

Interestingly, the Prachanda-Nepal faction of NCP had called the international community to respond against Prime Minister KP Oli’s dissolution of the House of Representatives.
