KATHMANDU: A man has been arrested in Kailali on the charge of raping a 27-year-old woman.
Police arrested Kamal Nepali, 30, of Udasi Tole in Gauriganga Municipality-2 on Saturday night on charges of raping the woman.
Kamal was arrested by the police deployed from the Area Police Office, Chaumala.
