Nepal records 184 new COVID-19 cases, two deaths in last 24 hours

Kathmandu valley witnesses 87 fresh coronavirus cases



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 184 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 184 persons tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method.

According to the Ministry, 62 persons in Kathmandu, 20 in Lalitpur, and 5 in Bhaktapur have tested positive for COVID-19.

According to the Ministry, two people have succumbed to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours taking the coronavirus death toll in the country 11,567 till date.

Meanwhile, 267 persons have returned home after a complete health recovery from COVID-19.
