TSC announces vacancies for 1,547 secondary level teachers



KATHMANDU: Teacher Service Commission (TSC) has announced vacancies for over 1,500 teachers in the secondary level.

According to the notice published by the TSC, the vacancies for 1,547 secondary level teachers have been announced.

There are 231 vacancies for Nepali subject, 312 for English, 289, 435 for Science, 201 for Social Studies and 10 vacancies have been announced for Economics among others, said the Commission.

The quotas have been allocated for women, Adivasi/Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, physically impaired, backward region and under open category.

Willing and qualified candidates can apply for the vacancies by January 13 and the written test will be held on March 29.
