Cold grips Valley as mercury dips to 4.2 degree Celsius

KATHMANDU: The temperature has gone down across the country including the Kathmandu Valley.

According to Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD), the minimum temperature of the Kathmandu has plummeted to 4.2 degree Celsius in the last 24 hours. The maximum temperature is recorded at 20 degree Celsius.

Similarly, the minimum temperature of Jumla has been recorded at minus 4 degree Celsius while maximum temperature is at 15.4 degree Celsius.

Likewise, Dhangadhi records minimum temperature at 8.3 degree Celsius while the maximum temperature goes up to 24 degree Celsius.

Similarly, the minimum temperature of Nepalgunj has been recorded at 9 degree Celsius, Biratnagar (9.5) and Pokhara (8).

Currently, the westerly low-pressure system is having a partial impact on the weather condition of Nepal.
