In response, Minister Shrestha said that the government was committed to ensuring the basic rights of all workers in line with the concept of dignified labor. He reminded that the Constitution of Nepal enshrines the right to employment as a fundamental right and guarantees the right of all workers to practice their skills well.

Stating that the government has taken the policy of creating employment in the country by making the labor force efficient and professional, Minister Shrestha said that the government has moved ahead to implement the strategy of linking labor with skill, skill with employment, employment with production and production with market.
