Chief Minister Bhatta extends Maghi festival greetings



DHANGADI: Chief Minister of Sudurpaschim Province, Trilochan Bhatta has extended best wishes for happiness, peace, prosperity and good health of all the people from the province within the country and abroad on the occasion of the Maghi (Maghe Sankranti) festival today.

Issuing a message today, Chief Minister Bhatta urged all to celebrate the festival by adopting the health safety standard determined by the government.

He also wished that may this festival inspire all to foster social and cultural unity and cultivate cordial family relations.

The Maghi festival is the main festival of the Tharu community.
