27,000 people in Banke vaccinated against coronavirus in three days

NEPALGUNJ: A total of 27,000 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in a campaign conducted in four municipalities of Banke district.

According to Public Health Officer Naresh Shrestha, the vaccination campaign was conducted in Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Janaki and Khajura on December 9, 10 and 11.

In Nepalgunj, 9 thousand 335 people were vaccinated, and 7 thousand 710 in Kohalpur.

Likewise, 4 thousand 500 people were vaccinated in Janaki, and 6 thousand 329 people have been vaccinated in Khajura.

Public Health Officer Shrestha informed that 27,874 people from four municipalities have been vaccinated in the last three days.

Vaccination is being carried out in four other municipalities from Sunday.

All the people above 18 years of age in Baijnath, Raptisonari, Duduwa and Narainapur villages will be vaccinated.
