Nepal records 236 new COVID-19 cases, one death in last 24 hours



KATHMANDU: Nepal recorded a total of 236 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 194 persons tested positive for COVID-19 through the RT-PCR method while 42 tested positive through the Antigen method.

According to the Ministry, one more person has succumbed to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours taking the coronavirus death toll in the country 11,553 till date.

Meanwhile, 307 persons have returned home after a complete health recovery from COVID-19.
