BUTWAL: A police inspector who was seriously injured in an accident in Butwal has died.
Police Inspector Kapil Wagle was seriously injured after he was hit by a motorcycle at Bardaghat in Nawalparasi on Monday evening.
He was walking on the street when a motorcycle — Lu 14 Pa 8758 – at around 8 pm on Monday, according to Nawalparasi Police.
Wagle died at Bhairahawa Medical College on Monday night while undergoing treatment.
The motorcyclist Dipendra Pun Magar of Sunwal Municipality-1 was also seriously injured, according to police.
