JHAPA: Police have arrested a person with brown sugar at Mechi municipality-6 in Jhapa district.
The arrested has been identified as Ramesh DC of Bangaun municipality-1, Salyan.
Security personnel arrested DC with 23 grams of brown sugar during a security check while he was entering Nepal at 11 am yesterday.
Area Police Office, Kankadbhitta is carrying out investigation on DC after taking him into custody.
