Govt serious about resolving ongoing crisis in judiciary: Home Minister Khand



JANAKPURDHAM: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has said that the government was serious about resolving the crisis seen in the judiciary.

Stating that the judiciary, executive and legislature are three independent organs of the state, he said that the government wants the crisis in the judiciary to be resolved as soon as possible.

On another issue, he also said that the General Convention of the Nepali Congress party will affect other parties as well.

Home Minister Khand, who arrived in Janakpurdham on Monday to attend a meeting of party cadres and a meeting of the security committee, said that NC, being a democratic force, its activities will affect other parties as well.

He also stated that the security of the Nepali people was the government’s first priority.
