Jhapa’s Santhal village inundated



JHAPA: Mai Khola has entered a settlement in Jhapa Rural Municipality of the district.

According to the District Police Office, Jhapa, 84 houses have been inundated due to the floods in Santhal village of Jhapa Municipality.

A team of Deputy Inspector of Police has been deployed from the Area Police Office, Kumarkhod to alert the locals.

According to the District Police Office, coordination is underway to relocate the people to safer places.
