PCR machine and test kit handed over



KATHMANDU: The Rotary Club of Yalah Lalitpur has handed over a state-of-the-art PCR machine and kit to Korea Nepal Friendship Municipality Hospital in Bhaktapur. The PCR machine and kit is worth Rs 8 million.

The Hospital is operated by the Madhyapur Thimi Municipality. The machine and kit has been provided through financial assistance provided by the Rotary Club of various countries under the Rotary Global Grant.

The assistance includes the PCR machine, an RNA extraction machine and PCR testing kit. The assistance was handed over to the Madhyapur Thimi Municipality Mayor Madan Sundar Shrestha, who is also the Chair of the Hospital Management Committee.
