One killed in road accident



KATHMANDU: A teenager died in a road accident involving two motorcycles in the capital Monday.

Bija Tamang,18, a resident of Nuwakot died when two motorcycles collided in front of the Hotel Hyatt gate in Boudha. Seriously injured, Tamang died during treatment at the Om Hospital, the Nepal police headquarters said.

One of the motorcycle riders injured in the incident is undergoing treatment at the same hospital. The rider of the second motorcycle, a scooter has been taken into police custody for necessary investigation.
