COVID-19 vaccines to be managed to targeted staff and families: CoAS Thapa



KATHMANDU: Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Purna Chandra Thapa has assured to manage the COVID-19 vaccines to the targeted staff and other beneficiaries. The vaccines received for the staff, ex-staff and beneficiaries would be managed accordingly, Thapa said.

While addressing the province-level ex-army assembly here in Makwanpur Sunday, CoAS Thapa said that the vaccines were administered to the ex-army staff and single women. The assembly was organized in the coordination of Army Welfare Board and managed by the Nepal Army with the participation of the ex-army and pension recipients’ families in Bagmati Province.

Altogether, 7,434 ex-army personnel and their families had attended the assembly. RSS
