China donates medical supplies to Rasuwa



RASUWA: The Government of China has donated medical supplies including filled oxygen cylinders to the district to help district residents in their treatment.

Officials from Jilong at Kerung in China handed medical equipment including 300 filled portable oxygen cylinders, facemasks, personal protective equipment, and sanitizer to government officials in the district amid a function recently.

The consignment has been stored at the district police office, and arrangements have been made for supplying the medical supplies to hospitals in necessity soon, said the district police chief Debendra Pandey.

Now the district having reeled under shortage of oxygen when COVID-19 was at its peak in the past can easily supply oxygen to patients as it has 400 filled oxygen cylinders including the donated cylinders stored, according to the district administration office.
