KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada as the Non-Resident Ambassador of Nepal to Mexico.
Dr Khatiwada is Resident Ambassador of Nepal to the United States of America.
The appointment has been made as per Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Office of the President stated on Sunday.
