KATHMANDU: Nepal Communist Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda has left for India for the treatment of his ailing wife Sita Dahal.
Aside from Chairman Prachanda, his daughter Ganga Dahal is alo accompanying her mother.
Sita Dahal, who has been suffering from a hereditary Parkinson’s disease, was admitted to Mediciti Hospital in Kathmandu last week after she developed additional health problems.
She was previously treated in Singapore, the United States, and India.
