Bishnu-Chandra Pudasaini Bangmaya Mandir to award winning essays



KATHMANDU: The Bishnu-Chandra Pudasaini Bangmaya Mandir is set to organize an essay writing competition on the topics related to India, Magat King Ashok Mourya, Nepal’s former Prime Minister Junga Bahadur Rana, the late King Mahendra and politician BP Koirala.

According to its decision, the Mandir will provide four first awards (each of Rs 100,000), two second awards (each of Rs 51,000) and three third awards (each of Rs 25,000).

Mandir Chairperson Kanchan Pudasaini had instituted the award in the name of his father and mother.

The organization has requested the interested writers to send their essays about the personalities in 10-50 pages within December 11.
