State Minister Shrestha not to avail govt facilities



KATHMANDU: Minister of State for Health and Population Umesh Shrestha has said he will not take any government facilities during his tenure.

Unveiling a 100-day program on Monday, State Minister Shrestha said he will avail no facilities including pay perks provided by the government except for security personnel.

“I will not take facilities and services to be provided to a a state minister except for a security official,” said Shrstha.

Shrestha had taken oath of office and secrecy as the state minister from the Nepali Congress on July 25.
