KATHMANDU: Medical education activist Dr. Govinda KC has announced to start 20th Satyagraha.
Issuing a press release on Tuesday, Dr. KC has made a two-point demand and announced to start the hunger strike from February 24.
Dr. KC has demanded that the constitution be protected saying that the Parliament was dissolved unconstitutionally and that the recommendations for appointments to constitutional bodies made ‘illegally by violating the rules and procedures’ be immediately revoked.
