UDAYAPUR: Police have arrested a man on charge of raping a woman in Udayapur.
According to DSP Bed Gautam of District Police Office, Udayapur, the police arrested Mukesh BK, 30, of Chaudandigani Municipality, Ward No. 6 on Friday for raping a woman.
BK is accused of raping a 59-year-old woman in Dwarkhola forest at 6 pm on Thursday.
The relatives of the victim had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Beltar on Friday.
Police said that they have started further investigation on him.
