KATHMANDU: Twenty-three roads across the country have been obstructed in two days following the torrential rains. The incessant rainfall has triggered floods and landslides bringing the roads to a close for traffic.

Fourteen roads are completely disrupted while 49 others are operated for one-way traffic. Along the east-west highway, the landslide obstructed the road at Thumsi and Pitauji while the Dumre-Besishahar-Chame road has been damaged with landslide.
