CC meeting of Prachanda-Nepal faction underway

KATHMANDU: A Central Committee (CC) meeting of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Prachanda-Nepal faction is underway in Kathmandu on Monday.

The meeting is scheduled to discuss the party’s strategy and review the ongoing protest programs organized by the faction against the House dissolution, according to Gangalal Tuladhar, Secretary of the faction’s party office.

This is the first time that the Prachanda-Nepal faction is convening the CC meeting after the Election Commission (EC) refused to provide official reorganization to both factions.
