Sudur Paschim reports 26 new COVID-19 cases

DHANGADHI: Sudur Paschim Province has reported 26 more cases of coronavirus pandemic on Friday taking the tally to 4,437.

According to Seti Provincial Hospital sources, out of 271 swabs tested at the Provincial Hospital’s lab in the last 24 hours, 26 have reported positive.

A total of 16 swabs, including 8 males and 8 females of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City and 7 swabs, including 6 males and 1 female of Tikapur Municipality have tested positive on Friday.

Similarly, 1 male each from Bajhang’s Mashta-1, Chhabbis Pathibhara-7 and Kanchanpur’s Bhimdutta-17 also reported positive.

With Kailali as the district with the highest number of coronavirus, Sudur Paschim Province has seen 4,437 COVID-19 cases till date.

Kailali has got 1,047 coronavirus cases till Friday.
