NEPLAGUNJ: Police have arrested a cadre of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit from the district.
A team of plain-clothes officers arrested Krishna Bahadur Shahi from Baijanath-1, Chisapani, according to District Police Office.
Banke Police Spokesperson Shiva Bahadur Singh said that Shahi has been charged with an indecent behavior case. He has been accused of extortion.
Shahi was earlier arrested and released on a bail bond of Rs 10,000.
