KMC to launch services via one-door policy



KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) is to adopt one-door policy in service delivery.

The KMC through its 13 different departments will deliver services through one-door policy considering service recipients’ demand.

The KMC is soon launching the services from a new building at the Kathmandu Plaza as it has made agreement with Nepal Trust to this effect.

The lease process with Trust and Concept Developers has been completed recently and services would be delivered from the same building soon.

The KMC pays Rs 2.9 million as monthly rent.
