Landslide obstructs Prithvi Highway



MUNGLIN: The Prithvi Highway has been obstructed due to landslide at Kurintar.

According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, the road section at Kurintar has been disrupted after landslide took place at Ichchhakamana rural municipality-4 at around 9:00 am this morning.

Spokesperson at the District Police Office, Chitwan, Surya Bahadur Thapa said that the two-way traffic has been obstructed due to landslide following continuous rainfall.

He added activities to remove landslide debris have not been started to due continuous rainfall and it would take some time to clear it.
