BHAKTAPUR: Police have arrested two cadres of the outlawed Netra Bikram Chand alias Biplav-led outfit from the district.
A police team deployed from Metropolitan Police Range, Bhaktapur arrested Bhaktapur District Secretary Kushal Bogati and Buddhilal Pun.
DSP Deepak Giri said that they were arrested from separate places in the district.
