Man succumbs to coronavirus in Chitwan



CHITWAN: One more patient of COVID-19 has died at Chitwan Medical College here on Saturday.

The dead one was a 47-year-old woman from Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-5.

She had been admitted to the hospital after kidney problem before two weeks. She was tested positive for coronavirus on August 24.

Hospital Director Dr. Dayaram Lamsal informed that the woman died while receiving treatment at the ICU ward.

With this, the number of deaths caused by COVID-19 here reached 10.

Among them, four each from Chitwan and Makwanpur and one is from Kailali. Similarly, an elderly woman infected with coronavirus died in home isolation.
