Coronavirus kills 23, 521, infects 229, 422 in Spain



KATHMANDU: Spain has the second highest number of infection cases with 229, 422 after the United States of America (USA).

The country reported 2, 793 infection cases, 331 deaths in the last 24 hours. A total of 23, 521 have died due to the novel virus as of Tuesday morning, according to Worldometer.

Currently, 85, 069 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country, of which 7,764 are critical.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 210 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 211,202 and infecting 3,059,081 people as of Tuesday morning.
