Four members of a family test positive for coronavirus in Lalitpur



KATHMANDU: Five people including four members of a family have been infected with coronavirus in Lalitpur.

The newly infected are four persons from Lalitpur Metropolitan City-5, Thasikhel and one from Godawari municipality, according to District Health Office, Lalitpur.

Earlier, a 67-year-old woman who arrived in Thasikhel from Birgunj few days ago had tested positive for coronavirus.

The woman tested for coronavirus on July 21 and other three members of her family were later diagnosed with the virus following contact tracing, said Chief of Health Division of Lalitpur metropolis.
