KATHMANDU: The District Administration Office, Kathmandu has issued a new vehicle-pass form for people wanting to go out of Kathmandu.
With this, the people wanting to go out of the Valley will be granted the permit by assessing details provided in the form, along with supporting documents.
According to the new rule, applicants wanting to leave the Valley should provide their personal details, number of people traveling with them and their details.
Likewise, details of the vehicle, its owner, driver, and the scheduled date of movement need to be mentioned in the form.
Likewise, the applicant also needs to attach recommendation of the local level authorities of the destination as well as the photocopy of the documents needed for the travel.
