KATHMANDU: Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has forecast rain and snowfall in some parts of the country due to westerly low pressure system.
Some parts of Tarai and hilly regions of the western part of the country are likely to be covered in dense fog, said MFD.
The weather is expected to be partly to generally cloudy in the western, eastern and central hilly regions today and partly cloudy weather tonight throughout the country.
Light rain is likely to occur at some places of the western region with chances of light snowfall at some places of the western high mountainous region, said met office.
