34 new coronavirus cases in Gandaki Province

KATHMANDU: A total of 34 new coronavirus cases have been reported in Gandaki Province on Saturday evening. With the new cases, total cases in the province have reached 888.

According to the Gandaki Health Directorate, the tests conducted at the Provincial Tuberculosis Center, Pokhara confirmed the new infections.

A total of 27 newly infected people are from Baglung. Among them, six are from Badigad Rural Municipality, 17 from Baglung Municipality and four from Kathekhola Rural Municipality.

In Tanahun, two are from Gandaki Municipality, three from Bhanu Municipality and one from Byas Municipality has been reported.

One case has been confirmed in Kusma Municipality of Parbat.
