26-yr-old woman dies in Pyuthan quarantine

PYUTHAN: A woman has died in quarantine in Airawati rural municipality-6 of Pyuthan district.

A 26-year-old woman of Mallarani rural municipality-4 who had been staying in quarantine of Bijuli Janata Secondary School, said Information Officer of District Police Office, Pyuthan, Bishnu Prasad Paudel.

According to police, she had been suffering from brain tumor for a long time.

Meanwhile, a team of police has reached the incident site.

It is learnt that the Coronavirus victim along with her husband, younger brother, daughter and son had come to Nepal on May 21.

The other members of the family are undergoing test for the virus.

Similarly, an expectant mother spending time in home quarantine has died this morning at Kanchanrup-11 in Saptari district.
