Collaboration with community must for preventing drug abuse: Home Minister



KATHMANDU: Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa has emphasized the need of collaboration with communities to prevent and control drug abuse.

Issuing a message on the occasion of the international Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on Friday, Home Minister Thapa underscored the need of prompt behavioral change among relatives and off-springs as well as cordial family rehabilitation for the control of drug abuse.

He also appreciated the efforts made to prevent and control drug abuse alongside the campaign against the outbreak of COVID-19.
