Woman dies in isolation in Kailali

KAILALI: A 35-year-old woman living in isolation of Ghodaghodi Municipality-11 of Kailali district has died.

“Her husband and her son were infected with COVID-19, but she did not undergo a swab test,” said Kailash Kumar Rawat, chief of the municipality’s health department.

After her death, swab collection has been collected and sent to the laboratory for COVID-19 test.

Coming from India, she had been in isolation set up by the municipality. Rawat said she had problems with both her kidneys and needed regular dialysis.

Originally hailing from Bajhang, she had come to Kailali to her relatives from India.
