KATHMANDU: Chief Minister (CM) of Karnali Mahendra Bahadur Shahi has sent back police personnel deployed in his security to the Surkhet District Police Office.

CM Shahi sent eight police personnel back saying that the district police office was in need of the police personnel to combat the coronavirus outbreak in the district.

“I decided to send back my bodyguards as the district police office lacks police personnel now,” he said.
